Circa 1930s Old Vintage Cartoon Character Figurine; Possibly an early Mickey Mouse "knock-off" or Felix the Cat. Looks like it could have been a carnival or fair prize. Construction appears to be some sort of composition material with paint. hollow interior. Approximate size is 9-1/2" height x 3-1/2" depth x 2-1/2" width.
