This is an 11"x17" piece of original art commissioned from Herb Trimpe, who was Wolverine's first artist. Mr. Trimpe did some work for me back in 2014. As you can see from the return address, it was mailed to me from Mr. Trimpe on December 31, 2014. Sadly, he passed three months later.
The art is on a thicker card stock and is signed by Mr. Trimpe. The auction is for the art only, not the box. I am keeping the box with his return address with the other piece he did for me.
