You are purchasing the complete twelve (12) issues of Will Eisner’s The Spirit from Dynamite Comics.  In celebration of the 75th anniversary of Will Eisner's iconic and ground-breaking character, Dynamite Comics presents an all-new ongoing series featuring THE SPIRIT.  Scripted by Matt Wagner, the story is set in the classic period of The Spirit's golden age, the 1940s.  The first 12-issue story arc follows the strip's most beloved characters, Commissioner Dolan, his daughter Ellen, Ebony White and Sammy as they attempt to uncover why The Spirit has been missing, and presumed dead, for the past two years in Who Killed The Spirit?  The dates on the comic books are 2015 and 2016, all issues are first printing.  The comics are in very good / like new condition (except #5), and have only been read once very carefully.  Please refer to photos as they are part of the description.  Please ask any questions before purchasing.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
