Walt Disney Comics Vol 9 #5 (Feb 1949 Dell) Great Donald Duck Cover Mickey Mouse
The front cover is only lightly tanned, pretty bright, there are no tears or missing pieces around the three exposed edges, a couple of light 1/2" vertical creases across bottom edge, there is a 1" vertical tear down the spine from the top corner, the bottom corner is lightly scuffed, the staples are barely starting to pull, horizontal small stress tears at the top and bottom of the staples. The back cover is lightly tanned, no tears or missing pieces except the same tear at the top of the spine, some red marks with a wax pencil along the left edge down from the top about 3", they are pretty light. The contents are cream to light tan, complete and undamaged.

These comics were all owned by one boy who collected them in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s. He lived in the same home all his life and kept the comics in stacks in a storage room. Some have sun shadows from being exposed to light across one edge, some do not. We are trying our best to describe each one fully in the listing. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
