I am not a pro grader but my copy appears to be in very fine condition. It has a minor cover wear blemish that is extremely minute and is reason for the very fine rating, otherwise I believe the comic should be rated much higher. The comic is signed on an inner preview page for New Teen Titans by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Perez.The comic has been stored since its purchase in 1980 in a comic bag with board backing.
