Two thrilling tales of The Ghost Rider highlight this issue of Tim Holt No.17. Frank Frazetta cover art for the text tale "The Hooks of Horror!" (illustration from the cover is incorporated in the text as well). The Ghost Rider strikes nerve-curdling terror into the hearts of his enemies in "The Scourge of Guilt." Art by Dick Ayers. There are also three stories featuring the "cowboy star of the movies." All artwork by Frank Bolle.Tim Holt No.17 was published by Magazine Enterprises in May, 1950. This copy is in Very Good condition. Nifty glossy cover, but tiny pieces missing on several pages on bottom right corner, and piece missing on back cover.
NOTE: My scanner just conked out. Images are from a digital camera. It is very difficult to accurately shoot the photos and make the comic book exactly "square", partially because of the lens causes a "curvature". I tried very hard to leave a gap of white along the spine. That being said, the description, complete with the assigned grade is accurate.
