This lot contains a silver-age comic book: Tales of Suspense issue # 39 (featuring the origin and VERY FIRST appearance of Iron Man!) The front and back covers are very rough condition with lots of tears and pieces missing including the bottom of the back cover (this missing piece is 2 inches by 7 inches). The covers are almost split apart, but they are barely hanging together. The covers are no longer attached to the comic book interior. Here's the GOOD news: The interior is COMPLETE and in very good condition! This contains work by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, Don Heck, Gene Colan, Steve Ditko, and more.
