This is the 1st ever reprint of Tales of Suspense no.39 (1st appearance of Iron Man by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby & Don Heck) published only a few months after Marvel's original version. It is also easily one of the rarest Alan Class comics, certainly of those reprinting the mega-key Marvel issues. It would be also fair to say that there are almost certainly less existing copies of this out there than there are of the original TOS no.39's!
