This auction is for a copy of Marvel Comics' Tales of Suspense #39 featuring the origin and first appearance of Iron Man. I bought this from a local comic shop around 1980. This comic is not cgc graded but I would guess it to be somewhere between fair and good. The cover is pretty worn however the interior is probably in "good" condition or better. All 34 pages are there and the pages are (I believe) "cream" colored and not brittle. For these reasons I would estimate its overall grade to be 1.5. (That's just my guess however and I do not make any guarantee about what its grade will be should you choose to submit it for grading.)
