D C Thompson's classic British 'Dandy' comic was the first of a new breed of cartoon comics in the late 1930s, and the annual spin-offs have always been highly collectable. This, the 'Dandy Monster Comic' for Christmas 1949 has full lettered spine and bi-colour strip cartoons/ stories/ throughout.
The annual on offer is in very good complete condition with a bright cover and full spine; the only real blemishes are cover edgewear/bumping, traces of a past inscription and small tears to a few of the early pages . This desirable collectable measures 11" x 8" and with packaging weighs over 500g.
