I have owned this issue for almost 10 years. I have kept it stored in a heavy acid free Mylar bag and board indoors away from lights. I regularly changed the bag. I am not the strongest in estimating a grade so I added as many pictures as possible. I'd conservatively eat. as Good-Good+-VG-. Having looked at CGC examples I would put it in the 2.0-3.5 range. Please study the pictures. This is an original and unrestored issue.
