Strange Adventures #9 (June 1951, National) "The Origin of Captain Comet!""The Adventures of Chris KL-99"
The front cover of this comic has a 3" area of chipping on the right edge down from the center, the rest of the three exposed edges have only light wear, the staples are beginning to pull, the spine has light wear at the top and bottom, no vertical splits and very light stress marks, an ink notation on the A in Adventures.  The  back cover is lightly foxed, no tears or missing pieces.  the contents are light tan, complete and have no damage, there are some thumb ruffles at the edges.

Please see photos.  How can you buy a comic if you only see two photos of it?  We take multiple photos and concentrate on damaged spots.  We are glad to send additional photos.

These comics were all owned by one boy who collected them in the late 1940’s and early 1950’s.  He lived in the same home all his life and kept the comics in stacks in a storage room.  Some have sun shadows from being exposed to light across one edge, some do not.  We are trying our best to describe each one fully in the listing.  Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
