You get exactly whats pictured. Please see pics to determine grade. Shipping is $7 in Canada and the US. I do combine shipping on any orders. You pay shipping once no matter how many books you buy. 1 book = $7, 100 books = $7. Signature confirmation is an additional $1.50 (just ask if needed).
