INFORMATION : Very SCARCE series of Comic Strip figurines produced / distributed in the 1940's. Inscribed text encircling the base of the Figure reads : " SPARKLE PLENTY [ copyright symbol " c " ] CHI TRIB 468 ". Although difficult to read on this example, the text stamped on the bottom of the base reads : "Professional Art Products - Chicago 5 , ILL - Distributors Of Copyrighted Figurines B ".
