This is a comic book called "Heart Throb." It is issue number 101 from May 1966 and features John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr of The Beatles on the cover. I don't know exactly how to grade comic books so I will do my best to describe it. The cover is clear and colorful and in good but not great condition. It looks like it's been well read. The pages have slightly yellowed. The major defect here is that on the second part of the three part story, page 4 (backed with page 5) is detached from the binding of the comic book. I don't see any unwanted writing in the book. The comic in the photo provided is the one you will be receiving.
