Comic art dealer Mike Burkey actually has been kind enough to provide additional info on this cover on the Collectors Society Forum. Basically, the original version with Perez pencils and Pablo marcus inks was lost, and Pablo Marcus re-did another version of it. So, this version is the printed version. It is hand-inked... BUT, it has NO Perez pencils on it. So, its the actual version used for print, but recreated from the lost original version.
It's a real cover, and the one used for print.

Also, the autograph by George Perez is authentic and original. The piece measures an impressive 11x17 .... enjoy !!
