Shipping:
Items under 49.99 will ship without insurance. If the buyer wishes insurance it will be added at an additional cost to the buyer.
Items 50.00 to 199.99 will ship with tracking and insurance; this is included in the quoted shipping price within the auction.
Items 200.00 and above will ship with insurance, tracking and will require signature confirmation.
Lost or damaged items:
If an item arrives damaged and it is insured through USPS, the buyer will have to submit the insurance claim with the post office. We cannot do it on our end. The buyer will need to bring the damaged items and shipping box to the USPS as well.
Lost insured items will be refunded immediately through paypal and we will handle the insurance claim on our end.
