ReturnsIf you are unhappy with your purchase you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. You must return the goods unused and packaged in the original packaging. Only when the goods have been returned and checked that a replacement or a refund will be given (unit price only - no postage costs will be refunded).
If you find that the goods are faulty you must notify us within 7 days. You will be asked to send the goods back (in orginal packaging). Once the goods are returned, checked and verification of the fault has been given a replacement or refund will be given. If the goods are found not to be faulty or that the fault is down to misuse of the product it will not be refunded. Instead it will be returned to the buyer - who is then responsible for return postage/courier costs.
Please note that it is advisable for customers to obtain a 'proof of postage' certificate as we will not accept any responsibility for returns which get lost.
