This is the original art for page 12 from DC Comics Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #45 May 1993 - it was written by Steven Grant and penciled and inked by Shawn McManus (well known for work with Neil Gaiman The Sandman and Alan Moore on Swamp Thing). The page comes with its original sales receipt from 1993. The page is very clean and sharp - upper right panel has balloon corrections and to left of that panel slender piece of white tape that McManus used at edge of panel border.
