This auction is for a Pop Culture Shock Exclusive Street Fighter Shin Akuma 1/3 scale polystone statue. This was a very limited edition of a very popular character and only 350 were produced worldwide. This figure is in great condition and it has never been displayed. All of the Shin Akuma statues produced had some amount of cracking paint in the kanji design on his back. This one is no exception but is better than most out there. 

The box is in great condition and it comes with the original brown shipper and COA.

PCS is bringing fans a brand new statue of Akuma from Street Fighter, in honor of the very first character the partnership produced back in 2008.
“Akuma was what got the ball rolling for us. It was our first outing on the line.” said President of PCS, Jerry Macaluso, “Originally it sold for $250, now when they pop up on Ebay, it goes for $3000 to $5000. With our milestone coming up and fan demand at a fever pitch…it felt like the right time to revisit it. ”

For Macaluso, the 7th year Akuma represents more than just another statue.  “The new one is the accumulation of all the knowledge and experience we have accrued as a company since we started. In an age when most items are digitally created, I took the time to hand-sculpt him personally, just as the first Akuma was done.

The new Akuma statue now rendered in a larger, 1:3 scale size (the first one was 1:4), clocking in at a staggering 32” tall. No expense was spared in including tailored fabric costume, light-up LED eyes and movie-quality Acrylic teeth. In honor of the previous version’s paint variant, a alternate “Shin Akuma” will be produced in limited quantities.

Not only is this the best Akuma collectible ever, it could very well be the best statue PCS has ever produced.

All items come from a smoke free/pet free environment. All displayed items are kept in an enclosed glass case out of any direct sunlight. Non-displayed items are kept in a temperature and humidity controlled storage room.

Any damage to items during shipping should be reported to the shipping company. We will gladly help you file a claim with FedEx.
