This is a collection of mini war comics covering a variety of publishers from 1960 to 1976.


All issues feature their front and back covers and some have two or three colour pages, the rest being black and white. Please be aware some of these comics are over 50 years old. Some have brown marks from staples, folded pages and some tears but they are all readable and are in a good condition for their age but they are not pristine.


A complete list of the comics in the collection is below.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a lot of comics, the combined weight of the collection is 4kg, which is why the postage isn’t cheap. If you would prefer to collect the comics that isn’t a problem, collection would be from the NG10 area of Nottingham.

UPDATE: 8th October 2015 - I have been asked by a few people about the Commando No 2 so I thought it might be helpful to add some information about it. I have added 6 new photos detailing:

  • Front page
  • Back page
  • Inside first two pages
  • Rear back two pages
  • A random shot of some internal pages
  • A shot of the spine
The front cover is attached by about 50% of the page, the rear cover by about 90%, hopefully you will be able to see that on the spine image. There are no loose pages as far as I can see, hope that helps.
