This item is a page of original comic art from the first volume of Thor - the orginal numbering! It is the title splash page for issue #466 (1993) and is an incredible all out action battle page featuring Thor vs Drax - from the Guardians of the Galaxy! It is a HUGE full page splash very reminiscent of Jack Kirby Thor art. Art is by Bruce Zick and inked by Mike DeCarlo and measures 11x17, is in excellent condition and a perfect entry piece into collecting original comic art. It features a major character - about to appear in the 3rd Thor film as well as Drax who will be appearing in the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy 2! It is also a very desirable full page splash. A 24 year old Marvel splash of a key character and of this caliber is rare and becoming very hard to find. Art is in pencil, pen and ink. Investment quality one of a kind original comic book artwork.
