You are bidding on one (1) issue of Mickey Mouse Magazine Vol. 1. This is an extremely rare collectible first published in the year 1935 (1st Printing!). 
This is an incredibly rare and valuable Walt Disney collectible, the first issue of the magazine that would lead to all the Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse and Uncle Scrooge comics to come.  Mickey Mouse Magazine #1 (K. K. Publications/Western Publishing Co., 1935) Condition: VG. Large-sized publication, originally designed as a promotional tool to push Disney products and cartoons. Its success eventually led to Walt Disney's Comics and Stories, and helped boost the popularity of Donald Duck. 

It's hard to put an exact condition on this magazine so here are my observations.

The good news:  The magazine presents beautifully, all things considered.  The color on the cover is vibrant and much brighter than I see on other sold copies.
Cover is attached firmly and in generally nice condition.  I would grade this book as a FINE based on the cover appearance but there are flaws to note.

Defects:

There is spine stress, tears, a small rip on the back, general wear.  Examples shown in the photos.  But a limited amount for a comic book more than 80 years old!
There are a few pages with coloring and pencils.  Examples in the photos.  This was an activity book so crayon on the coloring pages and pencil on the Cpnnect the Dots page is not uncommon, but obviously must be taken into consideration.

The pictures catalog the type of defects one sees in this book.

But it is complete and flat and pretty impressive.  

The significant defects have been highlighted within the images presented.
This would be a valuable addition to any collector of rare comics, magazines, or vintage Disney memorabilia!
