This is a super cool piece of MAD Magazine memorabilia.  Produced in the 1970's by The Mint Store, out of Island Park, New York, this is an order form / sheet for a Don Martin / Captain Klutz t-shirt.   The image for the shirt is pictured on the order form, and the shirt was produced in four different colors.   All of the Adult sizes were available.   This sheet measures approx. 8 1/2" by 11", and is tri-folded.  There is a bit of surface and handling wear, but this sheet is in Excellent display condition.

PLEASE NOTE:  Payment is due within 7 days.  Period.  Any item not paid for within the seven days will be relisted immediately, or offered to the underbidder, without warning.   Negative feedback will then be posted, and I will block you from bidding on future auctions that I conduct.

PLEASE NOTE (to my cherished bidders who live overseas):  The cost for foreign (overseas) shipping anywhere in the world has increased over 50%.  Therefore, if you are going to bid, please remember that the postage cost will be almost double what it was.  If the postage cost on your eBay invoice seems too high, it probably is.  But, I will happily reimburse you any amount that you over paid. 

The postage cost for this lot will be $2.90, and will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.   Foreign bidders are welcome, but the postage cost will be substantially more.  I will only ship with the US Postal Service.  The winning bidder will pay with PayPal, although I will consider other options.  Payments are due within 7 days after auction end.   Foreign bidders are welcome, but payment must be made in US $Dollars.  I will happily combine shipping costs if more than one item is won.  I always pack items that I sell with bubble wrap, foam peanuts, cardboard backing, or whatever else it takes to ensure safe travel.  Please check out my other auctions this week for more MAD, Alfred E.
