What You Are Getting: You are bidding/buying the comic book(s) listed above in the item title and shown in the associated image(s). All comic books, unless noted otherwise, are used/read items. 

Our Comic Condition: Comics are tangible things that get touched/handled.  As such, a comic can have: spine crinkle, corner blunting, cover marks, page wear, paper aging, stains, or missing digital codes* as they get older and are read.  We will do our best to ‘call out’ specific condition issues that warrant extra consideration. Due to large variances in individual collector grade assessment we assign a subjective grade.  We have 5 grades from NM to VG and Reader as shown in the table below.

A comic in NM (Near Mint) condition is nearly perfect copy that looks brand new with only a few very minor defects.

VF

A comic in VF (Very Fine) condition has minor defects, but is in overall excellent condition.

Better

FN

A comic in FN (Fine) condition is considered "above average" but still displays some wear.

VG

A comic in VG (Very Good) condition shows some significant wear, but has not accumulated enough total defects to reduce eye appeal to the point that it is not a desirable copy.

Good/OK

GD/FR  (Reader)

A comic in GD (Good) condition has major defects, but is still complete and readable.

A comic in FR (Fair) condition is the lowest grade a comic book can receive as long as the story and art are complete.

We do our best general visual assessment and group the comic into one of the 5 above categories. With all that in mind, we have been reading, collecting, and selling comics for many, many years. We are not in this to make a quick buck by misleading you on condition.  Our goal is for you to have a smile on your face when you get the comic, pleased with your purchase.    

·         Please review the image(s) and determine a condition assessment. YOU the buyer should make the final determination based on the information presented.

·         *Unless otherwise noted, digital codes are NOT included as it may have expired, were redeemed, are missing, or incomplete.

·         Large Comic Lots Only – Large comic lots are not eligible for combined shipping.  We also do not provide individual issue grades due to the amount of comics.

·         If you need more information – additional pictures, have questions, or need more insight from us – just ask.  We are here to make you happy little comic buying monkeys! 

What to Know Before Bid/Purchase

Payment: Payment should be made within 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE.

Shipping: We ship via USPS for the most economical rates.

·         Comics will ship out the same or next business day (depending on time of purchase).

·         Tracking is included and your package arrive in 2 - 7 days*.

o   We package your comic(s) as if they were our own – securely. 

o   Select from multiple shipping options – it’s up to you.

o   *Shipping time will depend on service selected.

·         We DO combine shipping.  If you are purchasing multiple comics, please:

o   Select “Add to Cart” for each comic you want to buy

o   When complete, click the shopping cart icon and check-out

o   Unlimited additional comics ship for FREE!

·         We DO NOT ship International.

Returns: “Things Happen”. We do accept returns if the item was damaged in transit.  Otherwise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to assess condition prior to bidding or using “Buy It Now”.  By bidding or purchasing the comic you are accepting the condition as shown.
