Guarantee Policy

We guarantee you will receive the item exactly as described and pictured. The photos provided are of the actual item for sale and are part of the description. All graded comic books will come with all the original tamper proof seals in place (one at each corner). NOTE - Some scans have "blue coloring" across the top and/or bottom or "rainbows" on the front/back side of the encapsulated book (especially comics in the thicker shells). This is from the scanning process and is not present on the actual book or slab.

The condition of the book and the assigned grade are the opinion of the certifying grading company. Keep in mind all books with a numerical grade below 10.0 are scored on a combination of flaws and/or defects discovered during grading. It is possible for two different books to have the same grade but appear very differently based on the type and severity of the flaws discovered. Large scans of the actual item for sale are provided so you may closely inspect the covers before making the decision to bid/purchase.

Payment Policy

We currently accept PayPal. Credit cards can be used through PayPal without having a PayPal account of your own. We do not accept other methods of payment at this time.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Payment is required within three (3) business days after the auction ends or a best offer price is accepted.

Payment is required immediately when using buy it now.

Shipping Policy

We combine shipping for multiple items. Shipping is $9.99 for the first book and $4.00 for each additional book. Please request a total invoice BEFORE completing the checkout process if the discount is not automatically applied. All packages come with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. Bubble wrap, tape, labels and labor are also included in the displayed shipping charges.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

All items are safely shipped in USPS Priority mailing boxes. We do not use envelopes or mailers for graded books. Please see our feedbacks and rest assured your new collectible will be well protected.

We only ship to confirmed addresses provided by PayPal. There are no exceptions. <?xml:namespace prefix = "u1" /><?xml:namespace prefix = "st1" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must select medium flat rate box during checkout. Tracking, insurance, signature confirmation, bubble wrap, tape, labels and labor are included in the displayed shipping charges.

Selecting a cheaper postage rate may result in your order being cancelled. All international buyers must use the eBay global shipping program.

Shipments are sent out the following Tuesday or Thursday upon completed payments (weather permitting). If that date is a federal holiday, it will ship the following business day.

Returns Policy

This comic book has been graded by a professional, third party company. Actual Images of the item are shown above.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking fee (waived if the item arrives damaged) to cover processing the return and remarketing the item. Return shipping, tracking and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If the shipping box is damaged in transit, please have the postal clerk note the damage before opening. If by chance the item is damaged (this is rare as we pack very well), you must return the original box and ALL the packing materials along with the item. USPS has the right to inspect the damage before processing an insurance claim.
