Up for sale is my copy of Fantastic Four Issue #52! I have included photos of every other page in the book, as well as both covers to show that there is little to no damage on any of the pages. There is no significant fading on the right side, that is simply the glare from my lamp. This book has NO water damage, NO major tears in any of the pages, if at all. The spine is completely flat, and all of the staples are flat as well! There is no tape, and no significant bending anywhere on the book. The pages are all slightly yellowed but are still in great condition! Based on the general grading system, I personally would place this issue between a 5.5 and a 6.5, due to the criteria above. I am not a comic book expert by any means. Therefore, I'm pricing it competitively in the hopes that it'll sell! Good luck!
