This is Fantastic Four 53 and 53 the first and second appearance of Black Panther!
FF 52 is in okay shape, not as good as 53.
I am not a pro grader so please use your judgment based on the pictures to determine an accurate grade as I've provided a bunch from many angles. If you need more pictures of any specific part of either comic I am happy to take more.
