I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  I provide a 30 day return policy for all items.  The item must be returned in the same condition as pictured and described above.  All shipping fees incurred by the seller, i.e. initial shipping, return shipping, or both, will be deducted from your refund.  This includes listings that offer 'Free Shipping'.  There is no such thing as free shipping, just ask UPS, FEDEX and/or USPS.  Resocking fee:  Items returned within 7 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee.  Items returned after 7 days of receipt will incur a 10% restocking fee.  I think 7 days is a fair amount of time for a buyer to decide whether he/she is happy with their purchase. As a collector myself, I realize there is nothing worse than our precious collectibles being damaged in transit.   WE HATES IT!  Fear not, your item is fully insured.  If the item is damaged in shipping, I will file a claim with the shipping service.  You may have to deliver the item back to the shipping service, or be available to have the item picked up.  If you cannot be patient during the claims process, please do not purchase.  Once the shipping company takes possession of the item, I will refund your payment in full.  You will be well taken care of.  I haven't lasted 18 years on eBay by not taking care of my customers.Seller's fault rule:  If there is a problem with the item that was not a result of shipping damage, e.g.  I missed some flaw with the item, (yes, it happens to the best of us), just message me through eBay.  There is no need to open a 'not as described' case with eBay.  I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the problem.  If the flaw is serious enough, I will happily pay for, and provide you with a return label, and provide a full refund of your purchase price.  I do not, however, negotiate discounts or free returns based on minuscule defects, as these items are all hand assembled and hand painted.. by humans..  and as we know, humans are far from perfect.
