On eBay there currently seem to be a number of convention sketches obtained for FREE from Don Rosa at comics shows. (Don insists on dedicating these free sketches done at shows to cut down on being exploited by such “ fans ” who only wish to sell the sketches.)
So, during the coming months it’s time for me to offer another batch of UNdedicated sketches for real fans to obtain.
And much better -- these are more carefully drawn
and mostly in full color. Not only do these auctions have
no reserve and a 1 cent minimum bid, but better still -
all proceeds from these auctions will go to a wildlife charity.
Meanwhile, it is hoped these sales will also help
destroy the eBay “black market” for
those FREE con sketches with dedications
(or with the dedications sloppily cut off).

but rest assured...it's all there !
PS : I am pleased to notice that wise and observant bidders are not being taken in by those eBay sellers
who attempt to sell their free con sketches, or by the "flippers" (resellers)
of the better art who put unrealistic prices on their items.
I will continue, at regular intervals, to provide art at reasonable starting prices so that everyone
may have the opportunity to own a piece of original Don Rosa art.
Upon discovery of "flipper" buyers I will take all procedures necessary to block them from
any future bidding on my auctions.
