This is Detective comics 58 CGC universal 5.0 with c/ow pages. This is the 1st app of Penguin (Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot). This is a Huge Key Issue. I think this is the second hardest to find of all of Batman villains 1st or origin issues. That is based on my 25 yrs of comic book collecting. Feel free to ask for more pics or any questions.
