Condition is in good used condition, especially for being 80 years old.  Some minor wear on cover edges.  Back cover has a small tear and corner chip (see picture 11).  In the middle of the book there is a tiny hole through 7 pages, not sure what it is from, it is small enough that it doesn't interfere with the type (see pictures 6-9).  Please look at all picture, as they are part of the discription.
