You are bidding on BATMAN ADVENTURES #12 - the comic known for being the first comic book appearance of HARLEY QUINN. This comic is from my personal collection, was bought new from a comic book retailer back in the day and has been kept bagged ever since. There are no noticeable flaws or defects in this book. My guess is the percentage value of the book would be between 85-95% of mint value. That is my GUESS. As comic book condition is subjective, I will not debate condition after sale. The sale is final. This book is very rare, especially for a modern era comic and not only feature Harley Quinn, it also features the artwork of the great Mike Parobeck.
