I am not a collector or a grader. I ran across a box of old magazines and comics in a house I am liquidating. I've done a bit of researcher and have tried to understand the grading system for comics. I have tried to be honest and accurate in my description of this comic.
This issue was in a box with other media stored in the basement of an estate in San Francisco. As you can expect, there is a slight musty odor that comes along with that.
This appears as though it was never read. The cover has a few signs of wear from storage but the binding is tight. There are slight signs of rust around the staples.
From reading the rating guidelines my best estimate is towards a VG, conservatively.
