This book is a super key given the popularity of the Spiderman in the MCU. This is his first appearance and a re-telling of his origin.
It's a great looking 5.0 with near-perfect OW/W pages - obviously a CGC certified copy. It's not everyday one of these goes up for sale.
According to GPAnalysis, the most recent sales for this book in CGC 5.0 are in the $11k-$12k range.
No returns on CGC certified books. But buy with confidence, I have been selling on eBay for 21 years.
