ACTION comics #40 . . . . . . This cool vintage Golden Age comic book was published by DC back in 1941. Classic WWII cover on this one shows Superman socking a Nazi tank.
Solid complete book grades Good+. Outstanding eye appeal, light tan/tan pages, moderate general wear. NO restoration or repairs, cover still holding on at staples although some tiny tears/chips at spine. Cover has some light stains and small chip off back cover bottom edge. Still a great example of this very uncommon issue.
