Hollywood Collectibles5th ElementFLYING CARS DIORAMA
Limited to only 500 Worldwide!65/500
Hollywood Collectibles 5th Element Flying Cars Diorama produced by Hollywood Replicas from 2007. Hollywood Collectibles Group presented this high quality replica of the notorious Korben Dallas car chase scene as seen in the blockbuster film The 5th Element. Limited to only 500 worldwide this one is low number 65/500 and comes complete with a Certificate Of Authenticity. From this timeless cult classic sci-fi movie this is the amazing diorama of the Korben Dallas taxi cab being pursued by one of the police cars through the futuristic metropolis. Each car is approximately 9 inches in length, weighs a hefty 2 lbs, and has been molded from screen used miniatures for complete 100% accuracy. Complete with meticulously full interiors inside the cars right down to the steering wheel, seats, dashboard etc! To further enhance them HCG has also added light-up features. Both cars have interior lights (so you can see the insanely detailed interiors) and also have working front and rear lights... just like in the movie. Korben's "Taxi" sign also illuminates, and the blue and red police hazard lights function! Each authentically weathered car is a separate replica and can be displayed independently, however the set is completed with the included oversized street scene diorama of New York 2263 which holds both cars in a classic chase scene from the movie. This highly detailed display measures 15 1/2 inches wide and 11 inches in height and is designed so that it can be wall mounted or used as a free standing display. This beautifully detailed diorama set is a must for any Fifth Element fan. Not too many 5th Element collectibles were produced. Be one to add this to your collection. A full color Certificate of Authenticity is included. It is a must for your collection. The Fifth Element is a 1997 French science fiction film directed, co-written, and based on a story by Luc Besson, starring Bruce Willis, Gary Oldman, and Milla Jovovich. Mostly set during the twenty-third century, the film's central plot involves the survival of humanity, which becomes the duty of Korben Dallas (Willis) - a taxicab driver (and former special forces Major) - when a young woman (Jovovich) falls into his taxicab. Upon learning about her significance, Dallas must join efforts with the girl to recover four mystical stones essential to defending Earth from an impending attack.
In 1914, the extraterrestrials known as Mondoshawans arrive at an ancient Egyptian temple and collect the only weapon capable of defeating the Great Evil which appears every five thousand years. The weapon consists of four stones, representing the four classical elements, and a sarcophagus that contains a Fifth Element in the form of a human, which combines the power of the other four elements into a "Divine Light" that can stop the Great Evil. The Mondoshawans promise to their human contact, a priest, that they will return with the Elements in time to stop the Great Evil, but an accident forces them to give their key to the temple to the priest and instruct him to pass it on to future generations.
In the mid 23rd Century, the Great Evil appears in the form of a giant ball of black fire and destroys an Earth battleship. President Lindberg (Tom Lister, Jr.) is then informed of the history of the Great Evil and the weapon that can stop it by the current priest of the Mondoshawan key, Vito Cornelius (Ian Holm). As the Mondoshawans return to Earth, they are ambushed by the shape-shifting Mangalores, hired by the industrialist Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman) who was hired by the Great Evil itself to dispose of the element stones. The Mondoshawan's spacecraft is destroyed and the only thing Earth scientists could recover was the hand of the Fifth Element, which they use to create a humanoid woman, known as "Leeloo" (Milla Jovovich). Terrified of her unfamiliar surroundings, she escapes and jumps off a ledge to land in the flying taxicab of Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis), former major in the Special Forces.

In most if not all cases Express Mail takes between 5-10 days from the time we ship your item.

Boondock Collectibles will need to accurately declare all of its international orders with their full value. Marking our merchandise as a gift on a customs form puts us at an unnecessary risk.
