Regarding Shipping on this item:  Buyers please, do not send payment until I have had the chance to actually place in a box to ship for correct costs.  I will send you the revised invoice after I have done this.  I do not package my items until they sell in order to allow interested buyers to request additional photos.  All listed weights and dimensions for final box size are estimates.  Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS:  Returns are accepted.  However, I do ask you to contact me to discuss the reason.  Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.  Please be sure you really want the item before placing a bid or buying.
